All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. At this time, international shipping may not be available unless otherwise stated on our website.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. We may also offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Norha Cosmetics is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Kindly include your order number along with clear photographs of the package and product to help us resolve your issue promptly.
9. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or other events beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
