Return & Refund Policy

At Norha Cosmetics, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products and to ensure the safety of all customers, all our products are delivered in sealed packaging. Therefore, we maintain a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

1. No Returns

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any skincare or cosmetic products once they have been delivered. Since our products are sealed, we cannot verify whether a returned product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. No Refunds

All purchases made on our website are final. Once an order has been placed and successfully delivered, it is not eligible for a return or refund.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

4. Exceptions

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After verification, we may provide a replacement where applicable. Refunds will not be issued.
